Dumpling Khang is a soulful Himalayan fusion restaurant founded by Mrs. Shreejana Rai, a passionate chef from the Indo-Bhutan border who turned tradition into a culinary mission.

What started in 2014 as a small momo stall in Vakola, Santacruz East, quickly won hearts with authentic flavors and heartfelt service.

Today, Dumpling Khang is one of Mumbai’s favorite spots for Himalayan cuisine, celebrating the vibrant tastes of Nepal, Bhutan, and the Eastern Himalayas.

Shreejana Rai – CEO & Executive Chef

From training in the kitchens of The Oberoi and Marriott, Shreejana brought luxury hotel finesse to everyday Himalayan comfort food. Her dishes are rooted in tradition but elevated with skill, balance, and purpose. Every momo folded in the Dumpling Khang kitchen bears her stamp of love and excellence.

Beenay Rai – Founder

The visionary who dreamt of bringing Himalayan soul food to Mumbai. With deep culinary curiosity and a knack for flavor experimentation, Beñay laid the foundation for what would soon become Dumpling Khang.
